1 About Artium
Artium is an AI-powered photo-to-art application developed and operated by Ayda Nil Özyürek. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Artium iOS application.

2 Information Collected
Only what is needed to provide the Artium service is collected:
- Photos you upload: Images you choose to submit for artwork generation. These are processed by AI and not stored permanently after your artwork is created.
- Usage data: Basic, anonymized information about how you use the app (e.g., which features are used) to help improve the experience.
- Device information: Basic device type and OS version, used for technical support and compatibility.
- In-app purchase data: Managed entirely by Apple. Artium does not directly process or store your payment information.
Your name or email address is not collected, and no account is created unless you voluntarily reach out for support.
3 How Your Information Is Used
The information collected is used solely to:
- Generate AI artwork from your uploaded photos
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Artium app
- Respond to your support requests
- Understand usage patterns to make the app better
Your photos are not used for training AI models, advertising, or any other purpose beyond generating your requested artwork.
4 Sharing Your Information
Your personal information is never sold, traded, or rented to third parties.
Limited data may be shared only with:
- AI processing providers: To generate artwork from your photo. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only for this purpose.
- Apple: For in-app purchases and App Store functionality, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
- Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect legal rights.
5 Data Retention
Photos you upload are used to generate your artwork and are not permanently stored on the servers. Generated artworks are saved locally on your device within the app and are only deleted if you choose to remove them or uninstall the app.
6 Children's Privacy

7 Your Rights
